Underclassmen...NOW is the time to act!

Understanding the rules when it comes to contact periods

The College Football recruiting regulations are a compilation of dates and rules set forth by the NCAA. The recruiting calendar dates run from August 1 of the current year to July 31 of the following year. The NCAA has broken this time period down by categorizing the yearly recruiting calendar into the various contact periods with exact dates. The Power of a Good Highlight Film

One of the most important evaluation tools a recruiter can use is a Highlight video. NCAA rule changes have made it difficult for recruiters to gain access to potential recruits by limiting what and how often they can evaluate potential recruits in person. It has been our experience that most Highlight films are poorly made by Individuals who have little or no experience at all in the recruiting process and have no idea what college recruiters are looking for in a high school football player.  read more »
